Terms of Service — Soveli Mail

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Soveli Mail (the “app”), an application for Even Realities G2 smart glasses provided by Soveli Labs, Inc. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

Soveli Mail lets you read, triage, compose, and reply to Gmail messages on your G2 glasses using voice and glance-based interaction, across up to three connected Gmail accounts. Features and behavior may change over time as the app is updated.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Google account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your connected accounts.

4. Your responsibility for messages

The app can draft, compose, and send email on your behalf, but only the messages you dictate and confirm. You are solely responsible for the content of any message you send using the app, including replies and newly composed messages, and for ensuring you have the right to send them. Always review the read-back before confirming a send.

5. Voice and AI-generated content

Voice reply, voice compose, and describe-an-image features use automated transcription and generative AI. These technologies are imperfect: transcriptions may contain errors, drafted text may not perfectly reflect your intent, and generated images may not match your description. You are responsible for reviewing all content before you confirm a send. Do not rely on the app for messages where an error would cause harm without reviewing them yourself.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to: violate any law; send spam, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; interfere with or disrupt the service; or use the service in a way that violates Google’s or Even Realities’ terms.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services, including Google (Gmail), OpenAI, Deepgram, and Railway, and depends on the Even Realities G2 hardware and companion app. Your use of those services and devices is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and interruptions in those services may affect the app.

8. Availability and changes

We provide the app on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, and we may release updates that change how the app works. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED OR TRANSCRIBED ACCURATELY.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVELI LABS, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, MESSAGES, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soveli Labs, Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app, the messages you send through it, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
